They sure are! Each van is equipped with solar panels that will power the lights, fridge, and all your devices. As a backup, each van is also equipped to charge the ‘house’ batteries with the engine battery.

Normal pick-up times are 1-6pm, and drop-off time is before Noon.
We may be able to make an exception, but it depends on how close the previous or next reservations are.
Think of it like check-in and check-out from a hotel room.
Doesn’t hurt to ask! -
There are two main differences between driving a campervan and a normal vehicle. The first is: They are much heavier. This means turning, or going around a corner, should be done at much lower speeds. Also, you need a lot more distance to stop.
The second difference is that they are longer. So if you go around a corner too tight, you’re going to hit the curb with the back tires. -
Each van has a hot water heater attached to the propane tank. As soon as water starts flowing through the shower head, the water heater turns on and heats up within 5 seconds or so. DeVan and DeVan XL also have their sinks hooked up to the hot water heater, Olive does not

The vans are well insulated, but have no air-conditioning is the ‘house’ areas. Olive has a roof fan and vent, and 2 smaller fans in the back that blow air on each side of the bed.
DeVan and DeVan XL have roof fans in the front and rear. -
Yes, we can go over the basic. But, before you arrive, we suggest taking a look at the training videos on here. They go over every necessary detail.
There is also a binder in each van with all the same instructions written.

I recommend getting an Assurant policy to cover your trip -
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy is as.follows:
- Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 100% of the booking total is refundable
- Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable -
We sure can, but we strongly recommend getting an Uber/Lyft to the van location instead. Not only will it be less expensive for you, but it will also allow us to spend more time going over van features with you.

Outside of damage and attending festivals, there are a few things that will incur extra charges for you.
- Pet cleaning $50
- Toilet not emptied $50
- Returning the van with less gas than you started: $15 plus the price of gas -
All our vans are regular gas.
DeVan and DeVan XL use diesel for the heater. The tank is on the driver side of the vehicle next to the ladder
